The "HH Series" toggle type all-electric injection molding machine was jointly developed with U-MHI Platech Co., Ltd. (former Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Plastic Technology Co.,Ltd.). The "HH Series" is a machine that creates new molding possibilities, "Dreams and Future" by integrating and developing the reliable technology that has been cultivated over many years. In addition to medium-sized machines (350 to 850 tons of clamping force), we also offer large-sized machines of 1300 and 1360 tons, in which UBE Machinery excels.

Platen design is optimized for high rigidity
Large sized model (1300HH & 1360HHW) is added to the line up, and 650HH is standarized with a wide platen.
Highly reliable ball screw
The estimated ball screw service life is based on our original long-term endurance testing. The surface pressure testing system and original overall structural analysis methods ensure long ball screw service life and lower maintenance cost.
Equipped with MAC-IX, a more advanced "connected" control unit
Equipped with the "connected" MAC-IX controller. The MAC-IX features two independent monitors and a swivel mechanism for easy operation, high-speed and high-precision control via EtherCAT® high-speed communication, and IoT solutions for factory monitoring, operating results, alarm history, quality control, and quality analysis.

High-response, high-powered injection, dedicated DD motor
Featuring high-powered AC servo motors developed with original power electronic technology specifically for injection molding applications
The DD (Direct Drive) mechanism directly connects the injection drive ball screw and the motor, making thin-wall molding possible by low inertia, highly responsive, and high acceleration/deceleration performance. Maintenance costs are reduced by the beltless mechanism, and thick-wall molding, which needs longer holding pressure times is also possible. The benefits of the DD System are useful for a broad range of process conditions.
Contribution to carbon neutrality (energy-saving performance)
The motor works as a generator using the energy generated during deceleration (braking), and the power generated is returned to the power source for reuse. The power regeneration system leads to significant energy savings and contributes to carbon neutrality.
