Thin film evaporator

Thin film evaporators (Kontro) are used for concentrating thermally unstable substances, high-viscosity liquids and for advanced devolatilization in various fields, including chemical plants, pharmaceuticals, and foods.
Demonstration tests using our own experimental equipment are available.
Polymerization Reactor for high-viscosity Materials
Applications ; Biomass plastic, metal substitute resin, etc.
Polymerizers, capable of agitating and mixing ultra-high viscosity liquids, are used in various fields, from the production of polyester and DVD materials used in clothing to the production of bioplastics and engineering plastics with increasingly high viscosity.
