UBE Europe's new branch recently opened for business

Since 1987 UBE Europe's Machinery Department (UEG) is servicing all European customers from the office in Dusseldorf / Germany.

Over the last years UEG has established together with it's customers a Total Preventative Maintenance portfolio, in order to increase the up-time of machinery and efficiency for the customer's satisfaction.

This portfolio is based on the condition dependent maintenance program offering inspection of their machinery, followed by maintenance, repair or re-calibration service. Furthermore, the customers are supported with tailored training sessions for their staff in both theoretical and practical orientation - to ensure a smooth operation and production.

Due to the increased investment of Japanese automotive manufacturers and suppliers in such Eastern European countries, UEG decided to establish and develop a new service station in that area. On 1st July, UBE Europe GmbH celebrated the opening of its Dresden Branch office.

The new branch office is situated at Washingtonstrasse 16 in Dresden/Germany, near to the "Elbe Park" retail center and close to the heart of Dresden. The office has been purposely positioned, to offer an enhanced and speedier provision of services to their important customers in East Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.

The branch is made up of one Japanese and one local Engineer, who will join from 4th quarter of 2005.
We look forward to building even stronger relationships with Japanese transplant customers in the years to come," commented Mr Limburg. "Expertise and knowledge will be increasingly important as the world and our industry is getting more demanding. We are confident the support from our valued customer base will continue and that we will deliver on our promise to serve their industries well. We see this latest growth in the company as an investment for both ourselves, and our customers".
