(1) IMPREST (In Mold Coating) Process
UN385 all electric servo drive type injection molding machine with
IMPREST process has demonstrated the in-mold painting by side cover mold for
motor bike. IMPREST is
UBE's original process that applies paint directly onto a molded substrate in the mold. Benefits of the
IMPREST process is saving painting process and friendly environment.

(2) UZ Series Hydraulic type Injection Molding Machine
UZ1000 Wide platen hydraulic type injection molding machine has displayed.
UZ series (500t, 720t, 1000t & 1500t ) is manufactured at our facility
(UMI)
in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The feature is the widest platen in the market as standard and various standard equipment,. also UZ series utilize a new PC based Human Machine Interface
and offer communication function and SPI protocol (statistics data). This time we have got many inquiry from visitors.

(3) Ultra High Speed All Electric type Injection Molding Machine
UN720 Ultra high speed all electric injection molding machine has displayed.
The ultra high-speed machines are built to supply the container and packaging industry with competitive cycle times to the traditional accumulated
hydraulic machines. The ultra high-speed all electric machines offer the customer the same benefits of the typical electric machines,
reduced energy consumption, environmentally friendly, reduced noise, etc. competing with the specialized hydraulic machines
that have dominated the industry for many years. UBE has a customer running production in a UN720 ultra high speed electric machine with a 17 second
cycle on a 5 gallon bucket.
